You are asked to always sit in the same seat. You chose your seat
on the first day, Wednesday, January 21st. That is going to be
your permanent seat for the entire rest of the semester.
Seating diagram was circulated during the first day of class, and
you were asked to write your name in it. That means we have
recorded your seat number, and we will take attendance polls
based on your seat number. Until the last day, Wednesday,
May 6th, please always sit in your seat. Otherwise we cannot give
you an attendance credit. Please also make sure to remember
your seat number, not just the location of your seat. Indeed,
on every assignment, we require you to put down your seat
number. There is a plaque attached to each seat. Please do not
try to dupe us by using someone else (a dummy) to sit in your
seat. We may ask you to show your KU photo ID, so please keep
it handy.
